About Us

On the surface we had it all.

Alex was a successful and well-respected coach who had co-created an Oscar-nominated film. Bob had travelled the world, led design at a major newspaper and worked on early digital properties for several well-known brands.

But we were both dissatisfied and unhappy.

We had difficulty in our intimate partnerships and a lack of ease and flow with our professional teams. We had a feeling so much more was possible but were unsure what to do about it.

Then we met each other.

Almost a decade ago we committed to supporting each other professionally and to creating the healthiest home life possible.

Through conversation and sometimes painful experimentation we realized that performance at work and happiness at home both came down to one thing —better relationships.

Over the years we’ve developed a set of skills and tools to create great relationships — with each other, at home, and with our professional teams. These skills and relationships have helped us thrive even through the craziness of 2020.

We call this work Radical Alignment and it’s a proven method for more effective communication, productive systems, and great work-team cultures. Now, we’d like to share it with you and help you build great relationships and high-performing teams.
